Three perspectives: a bit of a shorter one today
Hey!
How are you? I hope you have had a great week
I have had such a busy week launching our new Growth initiative while trying to keep up with all my other goals.
So, this will be a bit of a quick one today.

A perspective from our founder:
A lot of people deflect the blame for exclusion onto societal systems, politics and world events.
If you are someone who does this, I want to ask you:What are you doing to ensure that you aren’t imitating any of these three things in your own behaviour?
A perspective from LinkedIn:
Our founder came across a post on supporting neurodivergent colleagues by Dr Heidi R. Green on Linkedikn. To quote a brief part of her post:
“Everyone’s experience of neurodivergence is different. Instigate supportive and open conversations, and be flexible in your approach to ensure that your teammates are able to communicate their needs.”
Eventhough this newsletter is written through the lens of someone who is currently neurotypical, we really resonate with this line as we believe that everyone has different needs, and those needs should be met with nothing but support and adaptability.
How can you ensure that the people in your life are able to communicate their needs?
3. A perspective from you:
On our socials, two weeks ago we asked:
When was a time you felt included by those around you?
Here were some of the responses we recieved recently:
“I have a couple of friends that send me memes and we go places together. That took a bit of thinking about!!!!”
“I volunteer at my local parkrun. It's a place where I felt included the first time I went and now feel a part of an inclusive community.”
“Chatting with fellow ND friends yesterday and feeling like I could just be myself, no masking needed”
Can you think of your own response to this question?
That is all for this week!!
Have the most amazing week :)))
